According to customs statistics, more than 13 thousand billion rials bananas were imported to Iran this year.

IFIF Public Relations, according to the report of foreign trade of customs, in 10 months of this year more than 441 million and 702 thousand dollars bananas have been imported to Iran.

According to the report, imports of this product were from Pakistan, China, Guatemala, Ecuador, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Somalia, Philippines, Colombia, India and Vietnam respectively.

It should be mentioned that local value of imports of bananas during the first 10 months this year estimated to 13 thousand and 36 billion rials and 809 million and 990 thousand rials with the weighs of 573 thousand tons./s
